After he was done, he gave us multiple options for payment. He also sent us a copy of a report and care instructions to help us maintain the pool water.

After everything was done, I kindly asked if he was familiar with the pool and spa lights. We had a hard time controlling them after moving into the new home. Previous owner did not leave us any clues to the brand. We have had other pool experts, but they were not interested in helping us. Matt took the time to remove our lights and identify them. He sent us photos of all the information about our lights. He also sent us a manual and guided us on operating the lights at no additional charge.

We are very grateful to have him and will be using him again. He said he will also reach out to us to remind us of the next time we might need to service the water.

I had an excellent experience with Matt and his osmosis pool water service. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain the process, which gave me a strong sense of confidence from the start. His expertise is evident, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently.

I have tried number of pool companies, and California Pool Co and Matt, the owner, are by far the best! I also highly recommend their reverse osmosis service.
