So here it is folks! Real talk! I did my research and asked 5 different companies for a rough estimate and time frame (with pictures of the items) for a small 4 sectional couch and 2 wicker chairs. What I found was astounding! Companies are literally trying to price gouge you! Yes I’m aware there’s waste fees, they need to actually see the contents and they all said a price range but hear me out! It’s crazy out there folks! You could get scammed ! So I listed my reasons why I chose “Junk Mode” and to be transparent I’m against putting more crap in Mother Earths stomach! I wanted to know what these companies would do with the items and most said straight to the dump 😡!
What made it a easy decision to use Junk Mode;
1) Professionalism: Eric (the owner) was super polite and professional, he was quick to respond to my call. He was honest when answering my questions and explained how they conduct business. Very important to me! 2) Local vs Not Local: Eric and his team are Fallbrook locals. I personally believe in hiring our local businesses. Put money back into your community! It’s a win win situation for all!!! And they have a vested interest in our community! 3) Repurpose vs The Dump: Junk Mode works with thrift stores/non-profit groups to repurpose items which is what we felt was most important especially when others are in need. 4) Cost - I was given a very fair estimate which was cheaper then others. It was a no brainer based on other companies high cost proposals. 5) Time-Frame: Eric stated a time frame window and they showed up! They were prompt which again just reinforced what Junk Mode is about. Not wasting your time like so many other companies out there these days. 6) Communication: Eric contacted me when the crew was about 20mins out. That’s a huge deal for me! I don’t like waiting around for countless hours. 7) Staff: “K” was super polite and She reiterated the process and assured me that our items would be evaluated for repurposing. She was professional and completely understood our concerns. The movers were all smiles and polite. These two dudes hustled and before I knew it. Everything was outside. They even made sure not to damage our home or the items. 8) Discounts: Junk mode offered a “First Responders” discount which as a retired Fire Captain, I really appreciated!
I did all the homework for you! If you value the things that I just listed then “Junk Mode” is the company that you want!!! I know we will be calling on them for future projects and so should you! Junk Mode is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ company. 💪🏽

Eric’s crew is phenomenal! One full bin filled within an hour. These will be my go-to guys for all my coming up clearing needs. AND as a bonus: reasonably priced.

Eric was very helpful with scheduling. The drivers did a great job with drop off and pick up. A very friendly staff and very organized with all the paperwork. Best of all, the price was extremely fair

I would recommend this business to anyone. They are very respectful, kind, and quick to respond. They responded promptly when I called. I sent them a few photos of what I had and then they were here probably within less than an hour to help. Take care of what I needed removed. Thank you again.

Contacted Junk Mode and they came within an hour and brought the crew and truck and were meticulously fast and cleaned up well on departure. They removed miscellaneous yard items, a couple plastic shreds, and removed hazardous waste material. Very satisfied!

Excellent experience! I called them in the morning and by lunch they hauled away an old piano for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely use them again.
