Cody and Darren were both such a pleasure to work with. This was a very stressful time for me and right off the bat Darrin was very communicative with me and told me exactly what to expect. He periodically checked in and would always reply to my questions. Cody was also exceptional. He gave me a call once the project started and told me what to expect and updated me with timelines. This whole experience would have been terrible if it was not for them two. I don’t want this to ever happen to me, but if it did, I would definitely want to work with this company.

During a recent home inspection, it was discovered that the entryway in my condominium had sustained water damage due to water intrusion issues. Nick, the owner of 1M Restoration & Repair, arrived at my condo and assessed the situation and came up with a plan to repair the water damaged areas. Throughout the restoration process, Nick stayed in constant contact with me and the HOA as to the progress of the repairs. His construction crew (drywall, paint, stucco, tile and finish carpentry), were all outstanding and the final work product reflected their dedication and professionalism. I was extremely pleased by the quality of their work and would not hesitate to recommend 1M Restoration and Repair to anyone in need of a restoration specialist.

We had a minor leak from the restroom into the adjacent closet flooring which had to be delt with immediately...Darrin from 1M replied to my urgent call right away and came out within the hour to investigate what needed to be done. He only suggested what needed to be done to remove and clean up the affected area and charged a resonable price for his services. The removal and cleanup was quick and very tidy...We were relived to know the contamination was contained to a small area. Darrin was professional, polite, and very honest...what more could you want?

this company is 10/10!! We had water intrusion found on a home inspection - these guys came out the same DAY and helped us diagnose the issue. They also took the time to make sure there weren't any other areas of moisture, leaving us feeling more confident as buyers. We're going to require that sellers utilize them to fix and if we ever have more needs, they'll be our first call.
