1st Choice Plumbing, Flood & Restoration

I’ve used Michael at 1st Choice Plumbing for 7 years and recommend him to everyone. He and his brother Matthew have done tons of work over the years from installing furnaces and a tankless water heater to gas lines, backflow repairs, and plenty of smaller things too.

Michael is very knowledgeable, honest and professional and a genuinely good guy. Recently he came by after his workday to install a new kitchen faucet for me even though I know little jobs aren’t typically what he does! He always goes above and beyond, does great work and is someone I completely trust. So grateful to have found 1st Choice Plumbing!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE — HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this company and especially Matt! I woke up to my AC not working during one of the hottest weeks, and after calling SO many places trying to find someone reliable and trustworthy, I am incredibly grateful I found them.

Matt was on time, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, HONEST. From the moment he arrived, I could tell I was dealing with someone who genuinely knows his profession and cares about helping his customers.

He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my AC unit instead of just throwing technical terms at me or trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He walked me through everything, answered my questions, and actually educated me about my AC system. I learned so much from him! I really appreciated that he didn’t rush through the appointment and made sure I understood what was happening and what my options were.

It’s not always easy to know who you can trust when it comes to AC repairs… especially when you’re desperate because it’s unbearably hot outside. Matt was straightforward about what needed to be done and never once made me feel like I was being pressured or overcharged. No scare tactics, no unnecessary upselling, no nonsense! He was just honest, knowledgeable, professional service at a fair price.

If you’re looking for someone who is honest, reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and isn’t going to break the bank by overcharging you or feeding you a bunch of lies, MATT IS YOUR GUY!

I truly cannot rave enough about Matt and this company. Finding this level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service is such a breath of fresh air. They have absolutely earned my trust and my future business.

10/10 experience. I HIGHLY recommend them! Give them a call!!!! I promise, you will NOT be sorry!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1st Choice Plumbing provided excellent service! Professional, personable and a job well done! And it cost me less than I expected!

For years, we’ve trusted 1st Choice Plumbing, Flood & Restoration with projects throughout our home, and they’ve earned every bit of that trust. It’s rare to find a company that consistently delivers outstanding workmanship while also building genuine, long-term relationships with its customers.

Over the years, they’ve handled everything from plumbing our outdoor fire pit, installing our whole-home water filtration system, replacing our hot water heater, and even installing our mini-split AC/heating system. No matter the size or complexity of the project, their team has always been knowledgeable, professional, and dependable.

What truly sets 1st Choice apart is their commitment to their customers. They don’t just complete a job and move on—they take the time to understand your needs, provide honest recommendations, and stand behind their work. You always feel like you’re working with a trusted partner rather than just another contractor.

If you’re looking for a company that values quality, integrity, and long-term relationships as much as excellent craftsmanship, I highly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing, Flood & Restoration. They have become our go-to team for anything plumbing, heating, or restoration related, and we couldn’t be happier with the service they’ve provided over the years. Oh yea, our dog Bailey loves them too and that should say it all! 4 paws.

I found this company to be responsive and offered professional plumbing service services and I appreciated the quick turnaround for a big job that Michael did. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used 1st Choice Plumbing for years now. They replaced my furnace, air conditioning system, outside faucet, and water regulator check.
