Absolutely loved the service, quality and affordability of what we received from Action Carpet! We went to check them out because of the great reviews and we strive to support local businesses. Kany greeted us and moved like a magician thru the store with us. We literally found just what we were looking for within 10 minutes. We went from over-whelmed at what to choose when we walked in. To super excited and relieved that they made it so easy! Thank you Action Carpet and Floor Decor. We have found our flooring people for LIFE!!

The gentlemen that came to install the carpet were on time and extremely professional. Answered all questions and worked long hours. Were not on the phone except for business and took normal to shorter lunch hours. The install in our entry/living room was difficult and after install you couldn’t tell it wasn’t an issue. We would certainly use Action Carpet again and would give their name to others. Great experience.

My brother is a retired flooring contractor and he chose Action Carpets to install carpet in three bedrooms. From start to finish is was a great experience…Nacho was our installer and he worked like a one-man-machine. Clean, fast, efficient and left the workspace in great condition. Thanks!

Where to begin? Kenny at Action Carpet and Floor Decor pulled of a minor miracle when we decided to put our home on the market! We placed an order on for over 1700 sq feet of carpet on the 23rd and the install was delivered and completed in one day on the 27th just in time for our first showing!!! Kenny's crew of installers work quickly and efficiently, moving furniture with care and always available to answer questions. The crew worked non-stop except for a well deserved lunch break and assumed working immediately. They were very helpful identifying a couple of "squeaky" subfloor boards which made it easy for me to fix, a couple screws and problem solved. In addition to the excellent detailed work by the crew, they were very neat and clean as they worked on both floors of the house. I could tell these installers were "pros" and knew how to cut and fit carpet with no waste of time or supplies. I really cant say enough positives about Action Carpet and Floor Decor, they truly exceeded our expectations and made us feel valued as customers. Kenny is exceptionally nice, easy to talk to and very professional! Every interaction I had with him was a joy and made me feel respected. The carpet we picked is beautiful (they have so many options) and Kenny made sure we were completely satisfied with our choice. I appreciate businesses that not only "claim" to care about customers but put their words into action (no pun intended). Many years ago, Action Carpet & Floor Decor saved us when we had a slab leak and needed to replace part of our carpet. Now, after a lifetime of having wall-to-wall carpet throughout our homes, we decided to switch to a wood product flooring. The idea was a bit overwhelming, as we knew nothing about these types of floors.

Kany to the rescue! He patiently walked us through the various options, price ranges, and pros and cons. When we settled on a product but were struggling to choose a color, he let us borrow a sample to see how it looked in our home. His knowledge and expertise were incredibly helpful, and he turned a potentially stressful experience into an adventure.

The product arrived quickly, and the installers were wonderful. They arrived as scheduled, were careful with our furniture, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. They were extremely professional, clearly knowledgeable, and very efficient. They even finished the job slightly ahead of schedule.

When we noticed a slight imperfection where the boards met the existing kitchen tiles, Kany quickly arranged to have the installers return. Within a few days, they had remedied the situation.

Our new floors look more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. My only complaint is that we didn't do this sooner!
