Called this air conditioning service to come look at my unit . The person they sent did not give me a formal diagnostic or provide pricing. I called to follow up and never recieved a call back from management.
They are trying to rip you off don't go here, I was charged 81$ for they to try to rip me off I even callled the office and she told me the manger would call me back- and a yelp reply is the only reply I have recieved. Recommend a small local business.
Been having issues with my AC for a while now. I called Airtime out to help diagnose the issue. Angel came out. Super nice guy. Diagnose the issue right away and gave me the quote with the work that is needed.
Angel came out a few days later to fix my system. Got my AC working great! Came out for a follow up a month later and made sure everything was still working well! Really glad because it's been SOO warm.
Angel was awesome in explaining everything and answering all my endless/dumb questions. He had no issues showing me everything about my HVAC system so I can learn!
This guys focus on fixing the system you have first before recommending a whole system replacement.

The original problem still exist! I’m a senior and a disabled veteran and Airtime heating and air has totally taken advantage of me and didn’t fix the problem after I spent $14,000!! They replaced a system that was not broken with a system that was supposed to be energy efficient and it’s costing me more per month to run than my old system and can’t keep the house nearly as cool! The original problem I called them for… The Secondary drain Is leaking outside my window and not through my plumbing is still there!
The same problem still exists!!!
Frank was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. He set up our temporary water heater and didn't leave until he had confirmed everything was installed correctly and was confident the system was working safely and properly.
What I appreciated most was that he took the time to educate us as homeowners. He showed us exactly how to shut off the water in case we ever have an emergency again, which gave us so much peace of mind. It's rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also willing to take the extra time to ensure their customers feel informed and confident.
