Buildem Inc.

Florin is the quintessential contractor in the highest regard. He delivered what he promised and stayed in touch throughout the process which was critically important to me as the Program Manager. Absolute pleasure to work with! I have already recommended him to two other people and I will certainly look forward to working with Buildem Inc. in the future for my personal and professional contractor needs!! Keep up the outstanding work!!

I would absolutely use this company again. He did an excellent job of repairing my very weathered deck. Left the site clean. Florin was professional and reasonably priced.

Produced quality and thorough work. Pricing was excellent for the amount of work that needed to be accomplished. Respectful and easy to work with. Finished product was amazing.

From the begging of the project, the initial design and drawings, everything was executed very professional and efficiently. Florin was always very attentive to the job and to our concerns, any problems were answered and resolved quickly, and was also able to quickly resolve issues with the city and we were able to get our permits fairly quickly so we can quickly begin our project. BuildemInc and crew acted very professional and prompt every day; very productive and efficient with time. Work done was exactly what was promised with no unwanted surprises. I would strongly recommend Florin as a guaranty for a outstanding results.

Very professional! Buildem did a great job renovating our school inside and out. They built out 3 new shaded structures, a bike path, walking trails, toilets and flooring just to name a few. All the work was completed using the highest quality of materials, insuring the structures long term durability, and everything looks great too! They are very reliable and always showed up when they said they would.
I look forward to hiring them for my next renovation project.

Buildem is a great company to do business with! We have used them to complete several renovations for our schools, both indoor projects example children’s restrooms to outdoor shade structures just to name a couple. They are prompt and timely with their service when it comes to scheduling. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has home projects to be done. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough to this company. Well done.
