Coastal Breeze Heating And Air Conditioning, Inc.

We had such a great experience with Coastal Breeze Heating & Air Conditioning! We urgently needed AC during the recent summer heat wave, and Jesse was incredibly quick to communicate with us and got us scheduled right away. The entire installation process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish.

Not only was the quality of the work excellent, but the customer service was just as amazing. Jesse and his team were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely understanding of our situation. They made the whole experience so easy, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for it to go any better.

We’ll definitely be recommending Coastal Breeze to all of our friends and family. If you’re looking for HVAC work, stop looking and choose Coastal Breeze, you won’t regret it!

We had a great experience with Coastal Breeze. Our AC stopped working and they were able to squeeze us in the next day! We received a confirmation for the appointment, a text when they were 10 mins away, and Jesse and Scott arrived on time.

They were able to diagnose and fix our issue, no problem. I appreciated the diligence in checking all points even after fixing the issue to make sure that we didn’t have problems of anything in the future. On top of that, it was very affordable. Highly recommend them

We had an outstanding experience with Coastal Breeze Heating And Air Conditioning and could not be more grateful for their help.

Our Carrier Infinity HVAC system completely stopped working on a Friday evening, with the temperature inside our home already climbing well above 80 degrees. After struggling to find anyone willing or able to provide emergency service that late, Coastal Breeze agreed to come to our home at 9:30 PM on a Friday night.

The technician arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the system repaired and running again within about an hour. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and clearly knew how to troubleshoot a sophisticated HVAC system.

What made the experience especially meaningful to us was the timing. Without their willingness to provide true after-hours emergency service, we would have been facing a very uncomfortable night and likely a couple of significant headaches turning into migraines. Instead, the house cooled back down, we were able to sleep, and we were well rested for several important events we had scheduled the following day.

It is easy for a company to advertise emergency HVAC service. It is something entirely different to actually answer the call, show up at 9:30 on a Friday night, accurately diagnose the problem, and get the job done.

We are extremely appreciative of Coastal Breeze and would absolutely call them again. Highly recommended, especially if you need responsive, knowledgeable emergency HVAC service in North County San Diego.
