Could not have asked for anything to have been done differently!!!
Incredibly communicative with scheduling, updates, arrival times, length of time expected for completion of work.
Respectful and so accommodating and flexible.
Extremely careful with all from beginning to end.
Care of entry into home, not disturbing any possessions, covering all carefully, being respectful of my privacy,
No debris left at all, daily cleanup and leaving work area enclosed, no construction dust at all!:)!

As flood restoration can be so inconvenient, Flood Solutions made this absolutely seamless, and all the extra steps taken by them personally, to made it easy for me, were so appreciated!

Flood Solutions was absolutely great with all the services provided to me and my husband after a flood due to a slab leak. Joey, the owner is very nice and organized with a crew of professionals. We got to meet many of his employees throughout the process and they were all adept at their specialized jobs and very personable and polite, They cleaned up each and every day before they left. I highly recommend Flood Solutions!

Flood Solutions Inc. was highly recommended by my plumber, and they exceeded expectations. I truly appreciate their professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness throughout the process. What stood out most was their honesty and willingness to educate me on how to handle the damage myself, rather than pushing unnecessary services. They're all cool and I wish them the best.

Flood Solutions is a company that operates with true integrity and provides honest services. In the restoration industry, that is hard to find. One of my friends had a flood at his home and used Flood Solutions for the mitigation- he had nothing but rave reviews to share with me. Mold and leak issues in your home are never fun. On top of the extra stress, the financial burden can be very heavy. Joey was very kind and reasonable when it came to pricing. We had received several quotes before choosing him. Joey and team completed all the agreed work scope, on top of even more requests that I made throughout the process. Joey took the time every day during the work process, to send me a detailed update of the findings. Thank you Joey and team!

We had a flood at our home in Escondido and Flood Solutions came out after hours, which we were so grateful for. From the start, they were professional, responsive, and very communicative throughout the entire process.
They were respectful of our home and space, and even took the time to be kind and considerate with our kids during a stressful situation. Joey was great about sending updates and keeping us informed every step of the way.
His crew was just as amazing—hardworking, respectful, and efficient. They truly made a difficult situation feel manageable. Highly recommend Flood Solutions!
