The four biggies for me when looking for a contractor is that they be licensed, have lots of knowledge and experience, they are ethical and that they are responsive when I contact them about issues or concerns. Steve Spivey of IC Integrity Construction was all of the above. He got the work done in a timely fashion, knew how to handle issues that came up and was a pleasure to work with. I will use him again if I have additional updates to my home and would gladly recommend him to friends or family.

Great service They did a honest service in great price.
Steve did an excellent job installing a steel gate and fence at our home. He was always punctual, offered fair and competitive pricing, and used high-quality materials. His craftsmanship was outstanding, and he made sure to clean up the work area at the end of each day. The entire project was completed professionally and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be using Steve again for our next project and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work.

I find it interesting Susan that after we found $10,000 in cash that had been hidden by the owners wife and I personally have it over to the owner you have the nerve to write this review. Your not even the owner but a house maid helping the owner. When I told you about the notes to the grandchildren from her that the money was there's. Your response was " they have enough" revealed your character. I'll be notifying his family of your actions.
