This company is a scam. I called them and they didn’t answer. Then Shortly after that, I received three calls from three separate numbers to schedule service. The scheduled technician showed up with an attitude from the moment I opened the door. I showed him how the garage opener was still getting power but wouldn’t drive the belt. He spent about 30 minutes working on it alone and upon my return to see how it was going, l see he had everything taken apart from the ceiling and lying on the ground. I was concerned and confused, and when I questioned him about what transpired he simply replied “I can’t figure it out. It’s just broke.” That’s why I called you because it’s broken and I couldn’t fix it myself… He then proceeded to tell me about the options his company has for replacements. He starts with quoting me for $3000-$5000 for a new opener and equipment then when it seems like I’m not convinced states the cheapest he can do it is $1000-$1200. I tell him I want a few minutes to think it over and talk to my significant other about it. He gives me less than 5 minutes to think about it and complains about it stating “You didn’t do research already?” After that statement I ask him for something showing the options and an estimated invoice for the labor and materials. Again I receive more attitude and he replies to me with “I just told you. Why do you need me to write it down?” That final response, his attitude, and inability to fully disclose his pricing made me decline. I ended up going somewhere else for a quote and was quoted that the total with installation and a new system was about $400. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
