He was very professional, kind, paid attention to detail, and answered all the questions we ask him. Great work by Chuck getting my air conditioner working again today! Easy to recommend - though the obviously AI “receptionist” should be re-thought, once you get to the real humans you get good work.
So far from great. Had to have another company come out and fix the problem because this company's fix didn't even last 5 days, they spent all there time trying to sell us product....we declined and then they "fixed" our problem. Charged over 150 and didn't give it a proper fix. Sorry over $280 for a line cleaning ing.
They flooded my house then said it wasn't there fault and hung up on me
Stay away! These are not good people. I had previously hired Personal Plumbing for several projects, with a good experience. It’s now a different company, with different people, and they completely ripped me off. I paid them over $8,000 for installation of non-working equipment. I’ve called their office, sent two letters (one certified) to the owner Bob Mueller, sent emails, asking that they complete the job. It’s been two months, and they don’t respond. What I once thought was a stellar plumbing company no longer exists. Now fleeces its customers. Beware.
The technician inspected our AC system and diagnosed a ducting issue we were not aware of and needed some attention. They explained the problem and what needed to be addressed. Overall good service. Thank you

Technician Eric did a great job! He takes pride in his work, and really knows what he is doing. This particular toilet repair was a bit out of the ordinary, and was not easy. Eric took no shortcuts, and did the job right. I highly recommend him and Personal Plumbing.

Great service, came on promised time and completed the job as quickly and professionally promised. Was the only company that actually came out to look at the project while the others made excuses not to come out. Will be keeping this company in mind on our next disaster/ project!!
