We had a meeting set up for 4:30 at our home. Sean was a no show. It's now 5:15 and no phone call. Very disappointed.

We never did any work for this customer. So a one star review seems a bit undeserved. Thank you for your review. I understand your frustration and will make improvements. I strive to give all my customers five star service, but I am a human being and sometimes the working day gets shifted around slightly due to the unforeseeable tasks that can occur in construction work. That is why I give customers a time slot. I apologize for the shift in scheduling but I don’t think a one star review is very deserved since I was still within my reasonable time window of 4:30-5:30. I strive to provide a five star service and if you look at my other customer reviews here, and on Home Advisor, I think you will see that my actual customers are five star satisfied.
Professional and polite.
I called a day before the service was requested. I am happy with my Experience and I will definitely be using his services again. I recommend this company.
