Kyle at Suncoast Restoration was absolutely amazing! We had a kitchen flood that turned into a downstairs remodel and he was awesome to work with and very trustworthy. At times his team could be short staffed so the project took longer than expected, but we were definitely happy with the outcome. He also worked hard with our insurance company so that we didn’t have to be the intermediary. These guys know what they are doing and more importantly, want to do the right thing. I’d venture to say Kyle started as a contractor and left as a friend.

Kyle, the business owner, is an amazing communicator and is genuine with the process of restoration services. The attention to detail and flexibility with schedules made my experience easy. Kyle and his team were super helpful with my insurance company. I would recommend SunCoast Restoration to anyone who has issues with water damage.

I’m so grateful I had SunCoast help me with this overwhelming process. They were there from day one and coordinated everything. My insurance company AAA was wonderful and covered everything SunCoast required, from asbestos removal, dry out to rebuild. The team was awesome, friendly and caring. Wow, what a great company to deal with recently had some water damage in our office and I didn’t know who to call after calling a couple other companies they didn’t impress me and once I called Suncoast I knew they were the ones for me, professional courteous, great communication throughout the whole job If you’re on the fence about a company don’t be call them today.

Brandon and his crew did an outstanding job at ensuring our flooded home received the care it needed in a timely manner. They did a great job with the repairs and cleaned up after themselves. They also were great at communicating and showed up on time. I highly recommend using SunCoast Restoration.

I had water damage to the drywall in my home, and I’m so glad I chose SunCoast Restoration for the repair. From the initial inspection to the final touches, they were professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable.
The Kyle and his team did a thorough job assessing the damage, removing any affected drywall, and replacing it with precision. They were very careful to ensure there were no hidden issues, and they even helped with retexturing the walls to match the original finish.
What stood out the most was how clean and tidy they kept the work area, and they completed the job on time without cutting corners. My walls look great, and the damage is completely gone.
I highly recommend SunCoast if you’re dealing with water damage. They really know their stuff and provide excellent service
