They are unprofessional and argumentative that is the ownership the help employees are fine.

Sorry to have hurt your feelings but we focus on behavior which is why we terminated your service. It is unfortunate you feel the need to retaliate by providing a poor review. But to be clear for public knowledge, we fired you, not the other way around.

Our pool looks consistently great since using POOLSERV for the past year. The pool chemistry is well maintained, sides brushed, and filters and strainers cleaned. I like that the service gives me a heads up that they will be arriving shortly, giving me time to confine our dogs. Also they provide a photo and their pool checklist and chemistry results in an email attachment. This service is unlike any service I have had in the past 33 years.

Poolserv was awesome! Super professional and prompt in their arrival to my home, and they were very respectful! Cleaning the pool at the end of the season is never a fun task and I appreciated how great they did - excellent work! And the prices were the best I’ve found!

I have a water feature/fountain and Poolserv services it once a week. The fountain is sparking clean and works perfectly. If I had a pool I would hire them in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Poolserv. They are professional and responsive and easy to work with.

This is our 2nd pool service company and I give them a solid two thumbs up! Until POOLSERV appeared, I never knew that our prior company was cutting a lot of corners....

Jamol5/5

Couldn’t ask for a more professional or thorough approach from them. Thanks for all the work you’ve done for us Nick, till closing season!

I have a rental property in Austin and have been using poolserv for about 6 months now. I had first contacted them because my pool had turned green under the care of my last pool company who I had nothing but issues with. This is very stressful especially being away from this property most of the year.  They fit me in immediately and sent a technician out the next day.  The woman I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain exactly what the technician would be doing, why it needed to be done, and how my pool had become green in the first place. It was honestly just a relief to speak with someone about the pool because it seemed nearly impossible with the old company. I never realized how many corners had been cut until poolserv started servicing my pool on a weekly basis. I receive an email after every visit with a bunch of information about the current state of my pool and what the technician did during their visit. They also send a picture of my pool when they are done, which I love since I’m not there in person to see that the work was done.

As far as consistency goes, you can’t get any better. The quality of the service, the knowledge and character of the staff, and the seamless communication (WHICH I DO NOT TAKE FOR GRANTED) has been exactly the same here. It’s very difficult to find a home service that you can truly trust but I couldn’t be happier with their service. Keep up the great work!
