There rude. Can't even answer some of my basic questions. Then she basically hung up on me. I would take my business elsewhere.
We needed a quick repair before guests arrived. The technician arrived on time, fixed a loose track bracket, replaced a worn roller, and inspected the springs. The garage door works flawlessly now and looks great. Excellent experience overall.
The remote wouldn’t pair with our garage door opener, and we couldn’t figure out why. The tech diagnosed a failing antenna in the control board, replaced it, and helped us set up our keypad entry too. Very tech-savvy team.
Really happy with how clean and professional they were. The technician fixed the roller issue and gave us tips for future upkeep.
My garage door opener wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. The tech walked me through setup, updated the software, and made sure everything was secure. Really appreciate their patience and knowledge!
Our door would open but not close unless we held the button. Ryan found the sensors were getting sun glare and one bracket was loose. He repositioned them, tightened the mount, and tested the garage door opener travel. Quick garage door repair but it made a big diff. Before was super frustrating; after it closes normally every time. Cost was reasonable.
They did a great job replacing my worn-out springs. The door opens effortlessly now! Honest pricing and excellent communication.
Our remote controls were completely unresponsive. Instead of immediately replacing them, the technician replaced the batteries, cleared the opener memory, and reprogrammed all units. Smart troubleshooting saved us money. Appreciate the honesty and skill.
Absolutely amazing service! My garage door opener suddenly stopped working, and I was in a hurry. They showed up fast, fixed the issue, and gave me some helpful tips to maintain it. I’m beyond grateful!
