Thermostat issue resolved efficiently and quickly.

Thank you for the high praise!
Initially concerned that they might not have any new insights, I was relieved to find their assessment went deeper than the first company’s, identifying a wiring issue that had been overlooked. Installing the thermostat then took about an hour, and everything was explained clearly along the way.

Thank you for your feedback!
This visit was smoother than the last installation we had, as the technician efficiently connected our new thermostat and wrapped up in about an hour. However, there was a slight delay because he had to make a quick trip back to his van for a missing component.

The installation of the new thermostat took about an hour, which seemed reasonable given the wiring adjustments needed. I appreciated that the technician explained each step along the way and made sure everything was properly calibrated before leaving.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad our technician provided a smooth installation and took the time to ensure everything was properly set up.
This visit was more reassuring than a previous one, as the technician took the time to explain each step of the A/C system maintenance process thoroughly. He identified and cleaned out some minor debris in the condenser unit, which seemed to improve the system's efficiency noticeably by the end of his visit.
