Asked for a quote and was expecting a contractor or sales guy to come out and do a walk through. Instead they sent someone from another division to take pictures and measurements "so that they wouldn't have to come out". 4 weeks later, still not a single word back from them.
Doesn't seem to be just them. Same thing with 4 other contractors. 1 didn't respond to a phone call for a quote. 1 was sort of a jerk over the phone. 1 said he would send someone out to do measurements, never heard back, and 1 wants to go into contract before giving us a detailed quote. We've sort of given up...
Two stars for at least responding promptly to my online request for a quote.

Hey Al, we don't recognize your name. We do many of these matterport scans where someone asks for a quote and doing a matterport scan saves us from spending hours in your home. We thought we were all caught up on estimates. Can you please send your address and we can revisit to make sure we get your estimate to you?
