My wife and I tried moving a 220V outlet to another location so we could move our dryer, long story short it wouldn’t start up but the owner Will was kind enough to help us out and explained that some appliances need to sense a ground when they start. Our old setup had a continuous run of metal conduit that was acting as a ground but we interrupted that when we moved the outlet. So one ground wire later and we’re up and running again. There’s no way we would have guessed that on our own without Will’s subject knowledge. Very kind, very quick to respond, and very good at what he does. THANK YOU LIGHT HOUSE!
