I highly recommend San Diego Dream Home Remodeling. Jose and his team are outstanding. I recently purchased a condo in the North PB / La Jolla area and needed some electrical work done. My friend and neighbor on the same street recommended Jose.
Jose and his crew came out the same day I called. He explained in detail what needed to be done, what supplies he would use, provided a very reasonable quote, and completed everything really quickly. The did a fantastic job! The quality of the work was excellent—this was not basic handyman work. The finishes were top-notch, the employees were professional and respectful, and the work area was super clean and organized the entire time. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and I truly couldn't be happier. All of the supplies were high quality.
What really set Jose apart was his problem-solving skills. I mentioned an ongoing issue with a stackable washer-dryer installation in a very tight third-floor laundry space. I had already gone through three failed delivery and installation attempts with a big-box and warehouse stores because the installers couldn’t make it work.
Jose immediately said, “We’ll figure it out,” and he absolutely did. He showed up with his crew after I told him that the 4th install attempt also failed. He carefully planned the approach, and successfully installed the unit where others had failed. The solution was smart, efficient, and cleanly executed—and everything is easily accessible for the future.
If you want a contractor who does high-quality work, charges fair prices, shows up when they say they will, and doesn’t walk away from a challenge, San Diego Dream Home Remodeling is the company to call. I’m incredibly grateful I was referred to Jose and would hire him again without hesitation.
