Karen, I am sorry to hear your feelings about our business. I would love to know how we can improve or if you could let us know how we failed. The name doesn't ring a bell for me and I know almost all our customers. I would love the to make it right.
Always has what's needed when occasions arise .Ashley I think that's her name. Is amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable of parts and installations. Bravo.
Best pool supply in Ramona, great customer service, knowledgable staff. Great delivery service in Ramona, good pricing. If I need parts and supplies they have it, if not they get it for me in a very timely manner.
I totally agree with another review… totally unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and DON’T use Webb pool service.
I paid them $1639.00 for a new filter. Lance put it in and left. The new filter is leaking and lance refuses to come back and fix it. He also just left the old filter and the big box that the new filter came in for me, a senior disabled guy for me to dispose of. I was actually outside in my yard when he left. No good bye, I’m done… nothing. I was stunned to see the old filter and cardboard box sitting there and NO Lance. I called him and he told me it would be another $100 for him to get rid of the old filter. He couldn’t have told me that before he left???
So, Lance and Webb pool was FIRED.

Sorry you feel this way Packy. Hall off of the old equipment is not included in the equipment prices. The dump fee is $56 for us to take it to the dump, plus time and gas to do that. Most customers call Ramona disposal and they haul it off. If the filter is leaking I will contact Pentair for you since the filter would be under warranty. Pentair would come out and do the repairs needed. Sorry it did not work out.
Best place for pool supplies in Ramona. They are always super friendly and helpful. And I love how they don't try and convince you to buy tons of things you don't need like other places.

Thanks Jared! We appreciate you.
Ashley is very helpful and knowledgeable. Her prices are better than the other pool store in Ramona and the free delivery within Ramona is very convenient.
Would not go anywhere else for supplies.
Ashley's is knowledgeable, great service, and great personal care.
