His quote was very competitive as well.

We ultimately decided on full fumigation for complete peace of mind. Ahead of the tenting date, Bugmizer went above and beyond by coming out to spot-treat the active area in our bedroom and seal up the holes right away. The main fumigation process itself was seamless; the preparation instructions were straightforward, and we were able to return to our home right on schedule.

What truly sets David and Bugmizer apart is how they handle the unexpected. We had purchased a warranty for roof tile repairs and replacements, and when some hiccups arose that were outside of Bugmizer's direct control, David didn't just walk away. He was remarkably proactive, kept us updated, and supported us through every step of the process until it was fully resolved.

This lady came to our building for someone’s apartment and decided to park in my space. I couldn’t get into it and we have multiple cars. She said she’d move it and then didn’t. She got mad that I directed her to move it.

She comes out of the other apartment yelling that I’m “so rude”. Well, she’s quite unprofessional and seemed to lack critical thinking skills. So we get into it after I explain that I pay for the space and she starts yelling with a shaky voice at me with whatever excuse she has.

To her manager or company… this lady is highly volatile and yells at people. She lack professionalism and common courtesy. I’d probably wonder if she’s worth keeping around for her stellar attitude.
