Service Solutions is is a proud provider of water, flood, mold, and fire damage property recovery services in San Diego, Riverside, and Orange County. In addition to being leading experts in the fields of water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and mold removal, we’re also expert renovators of residential and commercial properties. We are locally operated and have been wowing customers since 2001. The people we do business with are more than just customers, they’re partners, and we work diligently to educate and communicate openly and transparently every step of the way. We are not here to just provide one-and-done emergency service; our goal is to establish a lasting business relationship.

Jeff and team were outstanding through the entire process. I had to remodel my laundry room after a pipe burst. Service Solutions were recommended to me which surprised me as I thought they just handled restoration services. They did that and more. We repaired what was needed, and upgraded a much needed outdated laundry room. They were patient, supportive of my thoughts, and overvcommunicated throughout the process. The result was as I hoped and much more. Contracting work is a hit or miss usually, but these guys know what matters most: the care for their customers to ensure they get the outcome the want in the end. They did just that. Highly recommend them.

I had a water issue on the hall floor of my condo. SSR arrived and said that there was mold throughout my hallway. I was skeptical, because none was visible, but I said OK. Then they took a saw and literally cut my hallway in half - doors, frames, jambs, hinges, baseboards, everything - and threw it all away. They even threw away the metal bottom tracks to my closet doors and didn't bother to replace them. When I asked how hinges and metal tracks could possibly be moldy, they just said that they were. Later they said the mold extended into one bedroom, and then later, a 2nd bedroom. When they said that the mold extended all the way into the kitchen, then their claims were no longer credible. I stopped the bleed and told them just to repair what they already tore up. The work was beyond shoddy. They didn't bother matching the new door frames to the old, nor even paint the gaps they created by buying the wrong sizes. At one point they ran out of paint and just left a closet half painted. They did such a bad job on the flooring that they had to add oddly placed thresholds to cover it up. They didn't bother to match any of the new materials with the old. Some of the door casings had to be replaced entirely. In exchange for this awful, and probably unnecessary work, I received 5 different estimates and 5 different invoices and none of them matched each other nor the work that they did. When I expressed my unhappiness, they were completely uninterested. I added a screenshot of part of one of my many, many invoices, as they're claiming that I was never a customer.

I had water damage and mold in both my bathroom and closet due to a leak. Service Solutions did a wonderful job resolving the issues in my home. I'd definitely used them again for any future needs!

Having water damage is never a fun experience, but Service Solutions made the process of repairing the damages less painful.
I really appreciated the great service and open communication. These repairs were done on a rental property and Service Solutions was able to communicate well with me, the HOA, and the tenant. Having so many parties involved was a bit challenging, but Service Solutions did a great job with coordinating with everyone and making sure that we were all on the same page.
The finished product looked great! Thank you Service Solutions!
