Renova Kitchen Bath

I interviewed seven construction companies to add a 5x7 bathroom to our home. We wanted a bathroom that complemented our 1960s house, which has had a few modern updates over the years.

After meeting with multiple companies that didn’t really listen, we were exhausted. We didn’t want a luxury La Jolla–style bathroom bigger than our bedroom — just a simple bathroom that fit within our home’s existing footprint.

A neighbor recommended Sylvia and her team. We met with Sylvia, who took detailed measurements, really listened to what we envisioned, and provided a fair and transparent quote. She and her team worked with us every step of the way providing suggestions to select and source our materials (tile, drywall, and fixtures).

Once the work began, we immediately noticed the efficiency of the crew — they were ahead of schedule. We ended up adding a few extra items to the project, and Sylvia easily accommodated each request. She was upfront about pricing and consistently communicative throughout the process.

In the end, we couldn’t be happier. We now have the simple, functional 5x7 bathroom we wanted, our popcorn ceiling is gone, and the lighting in our kitchen and dining room has been improved.

We confidently and wholeheartedly recommend Sylvia and her team to anyone looking for quality workmanship and honest, attentive service.

This is the second time I’ve worked with them. They helped repair my kitchen and bathroom this time around and was so incredibly fast and efficient. New cabinets, drywall, installing all the appliances, light fixtures, bathroom vanity, toilet installation, and paint touch ups in 6 days.

I met Sylvia during our first reno in 2022. She helped us with our kitchen counters & backsplash and it was simple & quick and turned out beautiful. In 2023 we had a much bigger project and didnt hesitate to contact Sylvia again. She helped us turn our 3 bed 1 bath into a 3 bed 2 bath with the most beautiful open concept kitchen. What surprises me the most about working with her is how easy it is. Communication through text or phone is always clear and efficient. She understands what you need/want and she makes it happen. Renovations are stressful, but working with Sylvia is so easy and she is so pleasant. I hope she is available for our next project!

I had my kitchen done last year by Renova Kitchen Bath and I’m very happy with the result. Sylvia was very nice and easy to work with. Their pricing was reasonable, and the service was fast and efficient.

They helped design my kitchen first, and I was able to choose the materials I liked, which made the process smooth and personalized. The final result turned out beautiful—I really love my kitchen now.

Highly recommend them if you’re planning a kitchen remodel!

This was our first time renovating bathrooms, and Sylvia and her team did an amazing job. They have a beautiful showroom with a great selection of tiles and cabinets. We were especially impressed with their ability to work around shipping delays from Home Depot and other stores, while still powering through unexpected issues and staying on schedule. They worked closely with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. There were no hidden fees--just good, honest work from start to finish. We recommend you stop by and get a quote; you won't be disappointed.

if you want peace of mind and quality work then this is the contractor for you. I was looking for the right contractor to do my bathrooms for years thank God I found them. Sylvia gave me the best price in the market and made me my dream bathroom come true. I have tons of compliments from my family and friends and gave referrals. Keep up the good work!

Highly recommend Sylvia for anyone looking for a kitchen remodeler.

We recently completed a kitchen remodel and had a great experience working with Sylvia. She was friendly, helpful, and offered very competitive pricing.

We’re very happy with the final results and would gladly recommend Sylvia to our family and friends.
