Very disturbing experience with Sapphire Pool Service. Robert Gibson - the owner was servicing a neighbor’s pool threw a dead rat over my fence into my yard instead of disposing of it properly. Completely unacceptable, unsanitary, illegal disposal of waste, and a health hazard. This person is extremely unprofessional and rude!

Rob has been servicing the pool on our property for several years. Top quality service and a very nice person. Would highly recommend.
The best pool service and professionalism, after trying many others, Rob takes care of my filter cleaning, repairs, and any questions I have on my complicated equipment. Very reliable and highly recommended if his schedule allows.
Rob has been taking care of our pool and equipment for the past 14 + years. If there something he can’t do he’ll find a person for me that can. We love him, our dogs love him, you can’t go wrong with his company.
