We hired them to redo our kitchen, mainly cabinets and counters. They removed the old stuff, checked the framing, and fixed a couple uneven spots before installing anything new. The cabinets went in first, then counters, then backsplash. Everything was done in that order and nothing felt rushed. They cut the countertop on site and made sure the seams lined up before setting it. The backsplash was spaced evenly and they cleaned it up as they went instead of letting grout dry everywhere. At the end they walked through the space and adjusted a few doors that were slightly off. After using it for a bit, nothing has shifted or needed fixing. That’s really all I wanted from a remodel, and that’s what we got.

We had an idea for a Backyard Bar that felt unrealistic. Tate and Son made it happen in under two weeks.

I highly recommend Tate and Son for home remodeling jobs, both large and small. They are incredibly responsive and take the time to listen to what you want to accomplish. Shawn, will go the extra mile to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the job and make fantastic suggestions along the way to help guide you through your project....we all know these jobs can be overwhelming at times. They offer competitive pricing and don't put you on the back burner for larger jobs. I'm highly satisfied with the work they did on a move in remodel like I just finished with them. Recommend! I had all flooring replaced, new electrical system, lighting, chimney work, patch work and paint in closets, kitchen sink area reconstruction. Also, I had a long list of things to get fixed from an inspection report. Very happy with all the work completed!

Shawn was a great communicator and worked very well with our team for an efficient door installation! I hope to be working with them again soon!

I could not be more happier with the finished detail of my remodel shower. The installation crew were very accommodating and finished the project as planned.

own a two family rental property. The former 2nd floor tenants caused much water damage to the bathroom. Mold, rotting floor and subfloor. The bathroom needed to be totally gutted floor to ceiling including plumbing and wiring, removing claw foot bathtub and replacing it with a walk in shower, replacing toilet and vanity. Shawn and his team were very professional. He went over the contract with me in detail, answered all my questions, and followed through on everything we discussed with no surprises. My current tenants contacted me to tell me how impressed they were with the team doing the work and how they did a perfect clean-up after each day of work. I have other projects that need to be completed as finances permit. I will definitely contract with Shawn and his team again for these projects. A reputable, honest contractor is difficult to find.
