I signed up with Priority Pools for 1 month and then cancelled. Here is how I would sum up their service. They are very quick to answer phone calls when signing you up or when you call their number, but nobody who answers the phone knows anything about a pool. You are always passed on to someone else who is usually unavailable. Also, the monthly fee is very low and that is for someone to throw chlorine in your pool and doesn't know anything else. Scheduling a repairman took over a week and was ridiculously expensive. Also, I had simple pool questions and found it incredibly difficult reaching someone reliable and knowledgeable to get answers. I do not recommend signing up with them.

I have tried to use several pool maintenance and servicing companies over the years and none of them have even come close to the professionalism, responsiveness, and affordability as Priority Pools. Every one of the techs that have come out to my pool have been fantastic. Thanks so much!

Very responsive. My pool was overflowing late on a Saturday night. They sent someone out to repair it within an hour of contacting them then stayed in touch til it was repaired. Great work. Thanks Gui!
