They handled our kitchen, primary suite, and outdoor living renovation as one project. Scheduling stayed on track, the build quality is excellent, and the home feels completely updated without losing its character.
Worked with them on a design-build custom residence. Planning was thorough, changes were managed without chaos, and the final quality of the millwork and finishes is outstanding.
They completed a custom addition for our family. The connection to the existing house looks natural, the workmanship is solid, and the crew stayed respectful of the property throughout construction.
We used them for a whole-house remodel in San Diego County. Details were handled carefully, finishes came out high quality, and they kept us informed through every phase. Strong result.
Hired them for a major estate renovation. The team protected the existing structure, coordinated the trades well, and the new spaces feel seamless with the original home. Very professional project.
They built our custom home from the ground up and the process stayed organized the whole way. Communication was clear, the craftsmanship is excellent, and the finished house matches the design we wanted.
Rick Somers Construction exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Their dedication to managing every aspect of the building process internally resulted in a home that is truly extraordinary.
My experience with Rick Somers Construction was exceptional from start to finish. Their seamless management of the entire building process, from design to permitting and beyond, ensured that I got exactly the home I envisioned.
