Available Asphalt and Concrete, out of San Marcos, CA is one of the worst, unethical companies that I have ever had the displeasure to work with! The owner, Rockey Mitchell is a complete scammer who used another inferior company to do the work and only showed up for the payments. That company used subpar materials to asphalt my driveway, including chunky aggregate asphalt that has already started to breakdown into thousands of 1/2" black rocks less than a week after the project.
They also used inferior sealant to seal the driveway which is washing away from the recent rain storms, including splattering it around decorative concrete walkways.
Lastly, they left a large pile of asphalt, urine bottles, trash and other debris in front of my house that was supposed to get removed at the completion of the project. That never happened, so after a few days of waiting with no returned calls or messages from Rockey, I was forced to pay a company an extra $1,000 to get it removed.
I'd AVOID USING Rockey Mitchell and his corrupt business Available Asphalt and Concrete no matter what price he quotes you!!!
