I can’t say enough good things about CRS. After a pipe burst in my home and flooded half my living room and kitchen, I was absolutely devastated. I thought I had lost everything, my grandmother’s antique photo albums, our holiday decorations, and even some important documents.
But CRS came through like heroes. Dana and Luta were incredible from the start, compassionate, professional, and so knowledgeable. They made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. The pack out process was handled with such care, and they clearly explained what could be restored and what was too far gone.
I was honestly shocked at how many of my things they were able to bring back to life. Things I never thought I’d see again looked almost brand new. Dana had such a calming presence throughout the chaos, and Luta’s attention to detail was unmatched.
What really stood out was how respectful they were with every single item, treating my belongings like their own. They even coordinated the cleaning and storage, making everything so much easier during a really overwhelming time.
I live in San Diego, but I love knowing they help so many surrounding areas too. If you’re ever dealing with fire or water damage, this is the team you want on your side.
