I pay my bill often early or always on time - and today AGAIN one of the cans was NOT taken by EDCO. Both neighbors on either side of me DID have their recycle cans emptied!! Why is this happening so often to me??
Edco is a prime example of a monopolized service that allows for scams. They will tell you to pay your bill, lock your account, and not answer emails or calls. Do better.

Don't take you're recyclables here. They'll cry and complain to you that your bottles and cans aren't sorted out even though they are already in separate bags. Bunch of grown men acting like children who are working their first job
EDCO transfer truck spilled out gravel on the freeway. The rocks bounced up and cracked/broke the windshield of my wife's Tesla. EDCO refused to pay for a new $1,800 windshield because we did not have a video showing the impact even though my wife took a picture of the EDCO truck and its #.
