I normally don't post negative reviews, but my experience with Flooring Liquidators was unacceptable. I purchased flooring from Flooring Liquidators and used my own independent installer. The flooring subsequently failed and completely delaminated.Flooring Liquidators acknowledged that the product was defective. However, they refused to stand behind the flooring they sold me because the manufacturer had gone out of business.
My issue is not with the installer. My issue is that Flooring Liquidators sold me a defective product, acknowledged that it was defective, and then left me with the loss because their supplier was no longer in business.
As a customer, I purchased the flooring from Flooring Liquidators—not from their manufacturer. I believe a retailer should stand behind the products it sells, particularly when the retailer itself acknowledges that the product was defective.
Based on how Flooring Liquidators handled this situation, I cannot recommend them.

They had the exact flooring I was looking for. Had some flooring I had bought at Home Depot a couple of years ago. HD vendor said it was discontinued. Exact flooring and manufacturer found here.

I’ve been referring clients to flooring liquidators for years. They are hands down the best around. Best material for the best price. Plenty of options. Cipriano and Lenny have made all my clients happy. They go above and beyond for my clients and me. Recently, my truck broke down and I was not able to pick up material and they organized a delivery for me so that I could get the job rolling.
