I would give them zero stars.
Do not use their services. They will butcher your tree. They are extremely rude. They will be racist. They set their prices appropriately to the services provided. Expect horrible service.

I had some questions for them about a tree that my HOA removed without my knowledge ... the first time I talked to them was very pleasant and they were very helpful. She said she would check with the arborist to see what he remembered about the tree and if he was diseased and whatnot. He was on vacation and I was told to give it a couple weeks and try back. I called back as discussed and it was a very different conversation and she was very unhelpful saying she spoke to the VP and couldn't tell me anything at all. I only need to know if a letter for a sick tree existed in their system so I know how hard to go after my HOA for this whole situation. She refused to tell me. I asked to speak to someone higher explaining that I ONLY need to know if the letter exists, not even what it says. She wouldn't let me speak to that person. They know that I've been requesting the letter from my HOA for over a year now and refuse flat out to tell me if such letter exists. I fully understand that this is between me and my HOA, that's why I need to know if they know something that I don't so I can go after them myself. I'm obviously mostly mad at my HOA, but this company really gave me hope they they would confirm the thoughts of their arborist and help me out. No such luck. Ultimately I was hung up on. Rudely.
Maybe they're actually good at trimming trees. Who knows. I can't say I'd recommend them just based on attitude.
