Freedom Flooring & Interiors

We had an amazing experience with Freedom Flooring & Interiors, and Dawn Leeser has been wonderful to work with. We just had the most beautiful laminate floor installed that we purchased from her, and we couldn’t be happier. She was so patient, helpful, accommodating, and her prices are very reasonable. The quality outshines many of her competitors and of course, all of the big box stores by a mile.

We are currently working with her on a kitchen and bath remodel as well, and can’t wait to see the results. She is so talented and knowledgeable, and has great resources if you need a contractor or help with installation. We can’t wait to see the final results throughout our home, and will do another review soon, sharing what we know is going to turn out to be an awesome renovation. Thank you, Dawn!

I am an affluent business owner and appreciate high quality products and services. I was referred to this design, cabinet, flooring, Counter tops, Sinks, facets and even great Astro turf options. However as I drove to their store my first impression was this is not what I am looking for, but the referral came from a great friend so I went inside and am I glad I did. They have the most advanced 3D Design CAD software for renovations, wonderful customer service and a huge selection of flooring and high end cabinets, counter tops, sinks and everything anyone needs for any renovation or addition they are considering.
I LOVED that this was a one stop shop for all products with amazing friendly customer service.

Amazing experience and customer service! After having another store say the product I needed was ordered, after one week of waiting it was never delivered. I was left in difficult place to find the right flooring in time for the contractor to finish the job and not delay more weeks. After driving 2 hours around San Marcos asking various stores if they had the product, I eventually stumbled into Freedom Flooring, exhausted and frustrated with no hope I'd find the right product. But Dawn immediately understood my situation and located the product, called the vendor and ensured it would get delivered ASAP. While waiting, she touched based with me to ensure it would come as promised. Her honesty and genuine desire to help get what I needed makes Freedom Flooring my top recommendation if you are looking for a store--look no further!

Dawn is nice and’s slick on the phone and that’s about as far as her Customer Service goes. My sister and I purchased cabinets for our house and we had nothing but problems. They don’t stand behind their product or fix anything that is broken or missing. They tell you they will research it and get back to you and that is the end of their customer service. Avoid this company at all costs

Look at their automated response below and that is the customer service you get when you complain about anything. Dawn will make promises that she clearly never intends to keep and she didn’t help resolve any issues

Don't be fooled by Dawn's friendly demeanor. Her work is sloppy and there is NO Satisfaction Guarantee as she will tell you & on her site. Her measurements were off. The cabinets were NOT real wood -- they were chipboard! Entire kitchen arrived MONTHS late (past promised); much was wrong or damaged or missing. I had to pay another contractor to re-make so much. Freedom did NOT stand behind ANY of their work! Be really careful here. I spent more than $50k with her and it delayed my entire house remodel for months and the poor quality is something I'll have to live with forever! Could not be more disappointed!! Btw, check out YELP, 2.6 stars.

Dawn did a phenomenal job assisting with a home renovation project. Freedom Flooring is a one stop shop from kitchen cabinets, to flooring, to backsplash tiles, and even bathroom accessories such as the fancy LED mirrored lights. Not only is she a supplier, but has also helped with designing the layout of a brand new kitchen. She was able to sent a drafted 3D image within just a couple hours! Amazing! Freedom Flooring also offers flexible financing which I was able to complete my project with peace of mind that I could pay this off in a timely manner with a much lower interest rate of what my credit cards would have charged monthly. I highly recommend this place and will return on my next project.
