I had a sump pump installed by Groundworks to prep for upcoming El Niño storms.

Enrique came out to inspect and quote the project and was super professional and personable.

Dylan was acting foreman on the actual installation and was very communicative and made sure each step was to our satisfaction. Huge thanks to Dylan and his team Seth, Eli, Tim, and Adrian.

Kristian did an amazing job on his inspection for an earthquake retrofit bolt and brace. Very knowledgeable and friendly and is someone I would definitely want to work with. Plus my cat loved him which is also a great sign!

I had the pleasure of working with Jai’Sean Miles and KC Aargon, who were exceptionally courageous, and knowledgeable about their work. That worked diligently during the current heatwave and kept me informed of their progress along the way. I actually enjoyed interacting with young professionals who were dedicated to customer service. Seems the only snag was a miscommunication with the company in providing an ETA, which did not detract from the quality of work or the service provided by these two gentlemen who I actually rate as five stars. Blessings

Groundworks did exceptional work raising the foundation of our 1962 Poway home.

All around communication was excellent. Ethan, Chris, Aaron, Ceaser, Andrew and Julio are all American citizens, which is important to us and one of our requirements in order to do the work. We like to keep our local guys working. All were hard working, professionals and did no goofing around while on the job. They called before arrival and always followed through. They explained the whole process, before and after, and made sure we were happy with the results. They cleaned well after the job was done.
Diego in the Sales department was also excellent and did not give us the hard sell. He knew his job well and gave us an estimate, same day, face to face, and was very courteous and easy to talk to.

I highly recommend Groundworks for foundation issues. And cement lifting jobs. This is a costly repair, so get a good company like them to do your work. They have a good warranty, and will cover their work as long as you own the house, as well as free yearly inspections.

Our gratitude goes out to Groundworks for a job well done.

he was extremely professional and showed me step by step whats to be done. I felt extremely comfortable having him and look forward to getting started as soon as possible
