Lyvayko Remodeling & Design Center

Michael and team recently did a wonderful job on our potentially difficult project when we asked if they could remove our existing granite island countertop and adjust the sink opening to accept a new sink. It was a big piece of granite that was originally installed by the builder a few years earlier using adhesive.

Michael warned us up front that there was a chance that the granite could crack when they tried to pry it loose from the adhesive; fortunately, they were able to slowly and skillfully work with the slab and safely remove it. Once removed, they took the slab back to their shop to make the necessary adjustments to the opening. They returned a few days later with the adjusted slab and installed the new sink as well as a new faucet, soap dispenser and garbage disposer.

Everything looks great and we could tell that they put extra care into everything they did. It is clear that they know what they are doing, are great with customer communication, are very responsible and pleasant to work with.

My wife and I highly recommend Lyvayko.

Michael and his team of highly skilled tradesmen did an amazing job on two of our bathrooms. The process was smooth and everyone was very respectful of my home. I will definitely use Lyvayko again for any future house projects.

Michael and his crew removed our bathtub and made the area
into a laundry room. The work was done professionally to our
design with a minimum of delays or problems. Michael was
always available by phone or in person. He works through
any problems with no anguish or excitement, a great trait for
a general contractor. He has our whole hearted support and
recommendation.

We can't say enough great things about Lyvayko Bathroom Systems.
Michael and his crew were beyond the best. Vasily, Jacob and Sacha were consummate professionals and exceptionally clean (never left any tools, trash, even swept our stairs when leaving for the weekends;). Always here early morning and worked non-stop daily to complete our beautiful master bathroom remodel.
I would also like to give props to Jose, Michael's recommended custom cabinet maker: excellent workmanship, cabinets turned out exactly as envisioned.
Honestly, there was not 1 glitch during the entire process. We confidently and highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed. As a matter of fact, the crew will be back to tackle our guest bathroom remodel in March.

Michael and his team are amazing. They were very respectful, timely, professional and excellent at each one of their respective skills. The whole process was super simple and made very clear after we set our expectations to what can be done, will be done and what it will cost. My wife and I are so happy with our bathroom remodel and kitchen backsplash that we would not hesitate to Michael again for our next remodel.

Found Lyvayko Bathroom Systems via a neighborhood recommendation. I actually got 5 quotes based on recommendations. There was one less expensive quote. But I felt like Michael knew what he was doing and would make sure the results were perfect. So I went with him. I was not disappointed. Lyvayko is a family run business. They take pride in their work and don't just hand off the critical work to unsupervised folks learning on the job. They were able to put in a curbless walk-in shower where my tub was. Retiled the walls and the floor. Everything is level and matches up with the hallway wood floors. Also, they were the only quotes I got that put in a shower system that was not hot-mop (if that's what you're looking for). 10/10 would use again.

We had some work done remodeling and upgrading 3 bathrooms. Michael junior, Michael senior and Vasily and team all provided thoughtful feedback to our ideas and are each excellent craftsmen. It became clear early on that we found a quality business. Had a question or concern? Michael returned calls Immediately. The team was quiet (as possible when doing construction), considerate (I worked at home the entire time) and warm, friendly and trustworthy. We plan on having the return for our kitchen remodel!
Highly recommend this business!
