Mantra Roofing and Construction

Dear Sir,

We at Mantra Roofing and Construction take pride in our workmanship and professionalism. We undertook a project at the building that you lease a space from interacting directly with the building owner to perform our repairs. We were acting under the advisement to use any outlet located on the rooftop in addition to cutting and clearing all loose cabling on the rooftop. The owner of the building was to contact all tenants, while this is not always the case the party to this contract wanted to inform his tenants directly. We immediately notified the landlord/owner that your line was cut and immediately ceased use, the owner stated that he would follow-up with you from that point. We understand the inconvenience and the frustration that this inadvertent error caused and sincerely apologize for any delay or impact this may have had to your business. Mantra Roofing and Construction takes every effort to avoid inconveniencing any owner, landlord or leaseholder as all of us need each other to succeed. Thanks for your understanding and again, we do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Sincerely,

Mantra Roofing and Construction
