We just had a very big job done on our home by the team at Oasis including HVAC, furnace, ducting, and exhaust fan installation, and I can tell you that the work ethic, knowledge, and professionalism demonstrated by this team is beyond stellar. Stanley, the owner, was kind and very informative while scheduling my quote appointment over the phone. Chris then came by to provide us with a quote, and demonstrated incredible on the spot knowledge and patience any time I asked him a question. He answered clearly and concisely, while providing helpful feedback and suggestions which was so appreciated. He took care of us and our project until the very end, making himself available via phone to the install team any time questions arose. Then came Jerry and Daniel to carry out the job itself over the span of 3 days. To say that that Jerry and Daniel are all stars at what they do feels like a total understatement. They were incredibly kind, professional, provided us with clear communication throughout the project, and they worked so well together as a team. This was such a demanding and labor intensive job, and yet their work remained consistently meticulous, clean, showed such attention to detail, and went above and beyond what we expected many times and in so many ways - demonstrating the wonderful care they take in the job at hand, and for their customers. Their work ethic is truly unmatched. From my perspective, Jerry and Daniel don't just excel at their job, they've mastered it. I'm so grateful that they were the ones called to work on our home. Great experience overall. The technician was on time, professional, and did a thorough job servicing our AC, including changing the filter, cleaning the outdoor unit, and fixing our condensate drainage. He also took the time to answer all my questions and explain what he was doing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
