Everyone was very understanding and accommodating. All the work with remediation and then reconstruction was done well and with quality in mind. As we could not leave the premises during the entire process, the work was done around us with the utmost care and consideration for our comfort. Darwin was in charge of the remediation process and Nathaniel took over when Darwin had to be out. Both did an amazing job and were so considered and accommodating. Korey was in charge of the reconstruction process. He went out of his way to come out multiple times to answer questions, help us with planning and more. Felix, Robert, Manuel all had key roles here and did an incredible job, as did other folks, whose names I unfortunately do not have, but they all, every person from PaulDavis who worked at our house, each and every one of them, deserve a special mention, kiddos and our gratitude for a job well done. Even though I have not met them, I know that Shawna, the estimator, and Katrine, the coordinator, worked tirelessly behind the scenes and this would not have been possible without them. Thank you to everyone who did an amazing job and made it possible for us to rebuild our life after a disaster.
