Protecta Roofing Inc.

Being a retired contractor, I was aware that it is best to get more than two bids for a job...so we asked 6 different roofers to give us bids. I learned something new from each estimator as they walked our roof with me. I then wanted their bids to include all of my concerns. Protecta's bid was amongst the lower bids. Jhonny ,from Protecta, was willing to address more of my concerns and negotiate them with me. From the very beginning, Jhonny informed us of what would be done. He made us feel like we were very important as he contacted us during the roofing experience to let us know about the next steps. He was willing to negotiate if we thought something was too expensive or unnecessary. When we had questions, he made sure that we understood the procedure. The employees arrived promptly every morning. They were hard-working and polite. They picked up debris and even swept our patio at the end of each day. Sometimes they stayed past their usual quitting time to be sure to finish We are so glad that we chose Protecta. Our house was large, so we thought it would take eight or ten days to complete the roof. Guess what! Our roof was done in 5 1/2 work days. Amazing!!! Thank you, Jhonny and crew. We are very grateful

These guys di a really fine job, but why they got 5 stars is because after some rain I discovered the gutters had some leaks. They returned to fix the leaks asap for no additional charge. Now I head into the Super El Nino rainy season worry free. Also, Jhonny was a great project manager to work with, responsive to my questions, start to finish.

One of the best companies in Roofing Systems. Thank you for all and thank you for Protecta team , my roof is new. Im more than happy with the service. Punctual and cleanup was extremely professional.

Jhonny and his team were quick to help alleviate my situation and provided multiple options on remediation. Before work even started, I was provided aerial photos of the damage and what would need to be fixed, and after completion, was provided post work photos. I always felt prioritized and they were able to help with quick and efficient work. A definite recommend.

I am very happy with my roof. The job was done in a very timely manner, the crew that did it was cautious to clean up any debris left from scraping old roofing. Thank you Jhonny! Great job and crew.

From start to finish, Protecta Roofing did a great job! Jhonny was professional and respectful throughout. He provided a clear quote and explained additional costs as they came up due to the age and complexity of my roof. Everything was written clearly. Jhonny stayed in contact, preparing me for each step. They finished on time for my hard deadline and my roof looks fabulous.

Protecta was my number one choice after receiving three roofing bids. I chose Protecta for my roofing project because of Jhonny. He explained the process in an easy & understanding way. His initial visit was 20 minutes tops. Kept to the point and placed my project as a priority. I received my bid within two days. We talked about specifics, timeline, and scheduling. Jhonny worked around my summer vacations and oversaw my project throughout his paternity leave. We agreed to check-ins via texting and spoke over the phone as needed. Protecta’s crew was kind and respectful of our property. They arrived between 8-9am daily and worked full days, cleaning up before they went home.
Our house received a new torch down roof and gutters. The install extended a few extra days but Jhonny reassured me the job would be completed to my expectations. The gutters were installed a week after my roof was completed. When choosing Protecta I went with my gut feeling. I immediately felt I could trust Jhonny and he would deliver.
My only surprise was how much dust/dirt fell through the cracks of my garage during the teardown. If you prepare for fine dust everywhere, you’ll be fine. Overall, great company to trust with your project.

We received new roof, fascia, and gutters.
