Once he was able to get started, he quickly fixed both my kitchen sink and bathroom sink, and everything is working perfectly now. He worked efficiently and made the whole experience stress-free. Had a terrible experience before with previous plumbers but ever since I found security plumbing, I have had them on speed dial for all plumbing issues with my rental. They will also contact the tenants directly to schedule an appointment. After inspecting the issue, they will give me a call to update me and get an approval to do the work. Their prices are extremely fair. I have such peace of mind knowing I can always count on Security Plumbing when I give them a call. They will always try to send someone out the same day! Can’t recommend them enough. Also big shoutout to Kristin, Omed, and David! Always so kind and informative when I reach out.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! I had a small leak in my ceiling. I hired them to fix the problem. Technician arrived and opened a chunk of ceiling as expected. He couldn’t find any leaks so I paid $235 for the service. I told them I will be getting a second opinion so no need to seal it. I then got another company to find fix and seal the ceiling.it costed me. $1580 which was fine. 2 days later security plumbing showed up to my house to seal the ceiling. I told them I fixed the problem so no need to seal. I also told Omid that they should have called before just showing up. In the next two weeks they constantly harassed me for a $150 service call I explained why I didn’t owe anything. They sent me to collections! I ended up paying for it but was not happy with their service and how they handled the problem. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Never!!!!
