One star is too great a review for this company. They charged a lot and never fixed the leak! They do not stand by their work! We wish we had never hired this company!

Thank you for the wonderful review, Rocky. We're glad to hear you found our team reliable, honest, and thorough. It was a pleasure working with you and customer KK. We appreciate your trust and look forward to serving you again.
Urbach Roofing was recommended by our neighbor. We had a 40-year old tile roof. We were able to re-roof using our old tiles. Our service representative Amber was very knowledgable and gave us good advice and options for the work required. Upon her recommendation we had attic vent tiles installed. We also upgraded our old skylights to new efficient skylights. The work was completed on time and to our satisfaction in every way. The roofing crew kept us updated on a daily basis of their progress. The work site was cleaned daily. We are very pleased and would refer this company without hesitation.
Thank you, Donna, for the wonderful review and for recommending Urbach Roofing. We're glad Amber and the crew completed your tile re-roof, attic vent installation, and skylight upgrades on time and to your satisfaction. We appreciate that you noticed the daily updates and the clean work site. Referrals mean a lot to our team. Please contact us anytime if you need anything else.
I have been more than happy with Urbach Roofing since the very first day I contacted them. I since have had a total replacement which was reasonably priced, performed efficiently, and now 5 year maintenance performed by friendly & professional workers. I can't imagine there is anything more you could ask for!
Urbach Roofing is simply the best! They replaced broken tiles and send me the pictures I needed in PDF for my insurance company. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.
Thank you so much for the glowing review, Kathleen! We’re thrilled the tile replacement and PDF photos met your needs and helped with your insurance claim. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to helping with any future roofing needs.
Urbach Roofing and the GAF process/warranty have been very successful for us. We've done numerous minor repairs and 6 roof replacements over the last several years for various homes we are associated with and every time they are completed on time and within the estimate (with just a few change orders). Dare to say we haven't experienced any leaks from their work and even if we do, the GAF warranty fully covers it. Recommend Urbach to anyone interested in having roof repairs or full replacement.
Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience with Urbach Roofing and the GAF warranty process. We're thrilled to hear that you've had such success with your roof replacements and repairs, and that our work has consistently met your expectations. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we appreciate your trust in our services. We look forward to working with you again in the future!
My girlfriend recommended Urbac Roofing because she had good luck with them. I agree. Everyone I dealt with were courteous and let me know if there’s any delays or any problems. The workers did a good job and were pretty quick in getting the work done.
