Great community, would most deffinitly live there.
😍😍
This community is a very impressive example of new California urban design aesthetic. Wide sidewalks with drought tolerant landscaping give it a unique feel and attract residents to walk, jog and ride bikes The houses are large but have tiny yards. Very professional middle-class demographic. Access to Discovery Lake hiking trails is awkwardly designed but may improve once the new park is opened.
