They did not show up for the inspection and offered to reschedule it two days later.

I am writing to express her, to stop there, to prevent the current from occurring again, to increase communication and improve the relationship. Western has exposed me to extreme risk of illness. How did they do this? My pitiful communication. I live in an apartment complex that employees western exterminator. I need to submit two orders within two weeks. We left a blank sheet after their first visit. Nothing was checked off. Nothing was filled in. Nobody indicated if they had been inside my apartment or not. Nobody indicated if they had addressed the first problem, the second problem, which was only half an away or both. I inferred that it was expedient to address both since they are half a room away.… A few days later, a second blank sheet appeared on my door. Nobody informed me western entered my apartment. Nobody informed me if they treated the problem. The first time, the second visit, or both. As I inferred, they treated everything the first time, I began to follow up on their instructions and we use the area that they treated. But perhaps they treated it the second time? Which means my dishes, my cupboard, my skin, my clothing, myself were exposed to the chemical. All because western exterminator failed to fill out the form. Where they failed to communicate in a manner that was accessible to me. Leaving a sheet on the door with Empty spaces is a very little used to me. I am a terrible mind reader. And I'm severely disappointed in western exterminator.

Nice Technician. Spray wslas decent l, but apparently they don't bait nor do they use monitors. That's a half-assing way of doing their job, especially when you can't spray on high areas around food. They have no way of doing their job efficiently, so I know half of these reviews were paid for. Lloyd's or Clark's pest control is 100x better

Western Exterminator has completely resolved my ant problem. I see the ants in my front yard but they aren’t getting in my home thanks to Western & Jason Teasdale, my technician.

WARNING this company has terrible customer service they take advantage of senior citizens, they don't return calls and they do not honor the warranty. My wife and I have been calling them for 2 weeks to respray our house for ants. They always transfer us to some remote call center. The Managers or technicians never call us back as promised. The ant's have never been worse inside our home. We originally scheduled the treatment for the interior and exterior. A technician showed up with without calling and only did the exterior. They never called us back to schedule the interior treatment.

Worked with John Cleary on a termite bid. He was one of 5 companies I had come out, and he was the most thorough in both the inspection and in the report. If you're looking for professionalism, he's your guy. Western Exterminator can pull some strings that others can't. Unfortunately the scheduling didn't work for our rental property because we needed a very tight turnaround, but he was great to work with during that decision-making phase.
