They stand behind their product. Had a minor problem with a door latch. Art had it fixed in no time.
Art, called before arrival, quickly fixed our issue. Educated me on some much needed preventive maintenance, which i appreciated. Very polite and gets down to business. Thank you Art.
Art Galindo came out for a service call for a screen. He was able to see the problem adjust it and fix it. Thanks Art for taking care of us!
We had a wonderful experience working with Window World. From start to finish, their team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to support us through the process, especially when an unexpected issue came up that required some additional time and coordination. They were patient, accommodating, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. We truly appreciated their communication, professionalism, and commitment to making our window installation a success. We would highly recommend Window World!
I had all my windows replaced by Widow World in 2009 and they were the best investment I ever made to my house. Art Galindo has been out a couple of time to repair broken screens and adjust one window. I'm very pleased with the Window World products and their service is second to none.
We were very pleased with the result. The professional installers were very efficient and precise in all the details ie caulking, and clean up. I would highly recommend Window world and would use them again.
Installers were very professional and pleasant. Windows look great!
Installation was super efficient! No complaints from me!
