I had an opportunity to work with the CEO selling one of his personal properties and was both relieved and impressed to hear him talk about the commitment to quality and passion for building family homes with the key word family, not homes. Wonderful man. Beautiful homes.

Beautiful homes, with amazing views.
I purchased a new home from Hallmark Communities. Since then I have had 5 plumbing failures resulting in water damage. The last 3 were pinhole leaks that developed on pressurized copper lines. The copper pipe was stamped with a turf company's name from Canada. Either cheap defective pipe or used pipe was used in the construction. Hallmark will not take any action to correct an obvious problem that occurred during construction.
I found Karen E. Wright (Taylor) to be incredibly hard to work with. Very pushy. I do not recommend.
