He helped us in an emergency situation over the phone on a Friday evening and helped us fix the issue. I would recommend to anyone to use this company. They are helpful and very nice to work with.

Laurence responded quickly to my request to diagnose a cranky circuit breaker tied to our microwave. His suggestion over the phone to try a different circuit was 100% spot on and solved the issue as an electrical problem with the microwave rather than the circuit breaker. In doing this he negated the need for a visit and saved me money. This is going above and beyond for customer service. I would recommend him unreservedly.

Lawrence is fantastic. He does great work, but many times he will try to help you BEFORE he comes out - that is VERY rare. At least twice he has helped me fix and issue without coming or charging. And he is always available...Saturday nights he will answer....sunday afternoon he will. And he is absolutely the nicest person too - that matters.

He knows what he is doing and reasonably priced.
