Robbie came out to evaluate our roof leak and immediately stood out from other contractors. His diagnosis was far more thorough, and his pricing was completely fair and transparent.
Once the job started, Damien Stewart and his crew tore off the old roof and discovered significant dry rot underneath. While replacing the plywood added a very reasonable cost, Robbie and Damien went above and beyond—using the extra material to repair additional damaged areas at no extra charge. They even removed an old, unused pipe to prevent future leaks and make the roof more resilient.
The craftsmanship far surpassed previous roofers we’ve hired. Damien and his team worked tirelessly in 100-degree heat, and on the final day, Damien drove across town just to get a specific sealant to ensure the job was finished right. That kind of pride in workmanship and personal integrity is rare. I highly recommend Duin-It Roofing.
