211 Plumbing & Drains

Alex was very unfriendly, didn't want to communicate at all. He did not tell us about additional issues or offer to fix them. So we had to call 2 other plumbing companies within days because the issues were not fixed. Alex did not want to give us the receipt for payment or the invoice. After multiple calls and emails we finally got them. Paid $980 for a 90 minute job.

Alex was not professional, and was rude. Came out twice to temporarily resolve the problem and knew what the real issue was but didn't seem willing to fix it. Charged an outrageous amount of money just to unclog the drain. Had to call him out again two days later for the same issue. He then explained what the real plumbing issue is (it's a major issue) but did not seem to have any intentions of dealing with it. Ended up having a different plumber fix the real issue who was timely, respectful, and charged a reasonable price. Also, it's been more than a week now since Alex came and he still hasn't provided me with a receipt for his services even though I asked at least twice.

Alex and Marcos are amazing with lining and there knowledge for sure them again

I just want to take a moment and recognize Alex and his team for the exceptional job and service that was provided...It was around 2am in morning that I noticed a large puddle on my carpet next to the drywall in my bedroom. Immediate red flag!!!! I knew there was a leak within the drywall. I thought who the heck can I call at 2am!!?? 211 Plumbing was one of the first companies that populated when I googled plumber and I decided to give them a shot, and boy I'm glad I did!!!!.....Alex and his crew arrived within 15 min and stopped the leak and saved the day or night I should say....their prices are also very very reasonable. I will definitely give them a call the next time I'm need of a plumber, 10 star rating if I could, and I highly recommend
