They make scheduling easy and efficient. Chad completes the actual testing at the appointment. He is kind, on time, and professional. He will take the time to answer questions, educating you on how mold grows, what is a problem, and what isn’t. Having a background in remediation, he knows what to look for visibly in a home that may be of potential concern. Very knowledgeable! Testing results are quick - when they’re in Scott will personally call you and give the overview. Lastly the lab report is emailed to you for your review. I was not sure if there was a mold problem in my house and I found A&A online to test the suspicious area. I liked that they perform the testing only to avoid any conflict of interest. I talked to Scott and he was extremely nice and helpful in explaining the services. He quickly and easily scheduled the testing. Chad performed the mold inspection and the air sampling. He answered all of my questions in a thorough professional manner and explained to me the mold developing process, the steps in collecting the samples, and the type of report that I'll receive from the lab and from A&A. The results were prompt and I sincerely recommend A&A to any client who needs mold and allergy inspection.
